The subject of the framework agreement is to support the implementation of the professional descriptions developed in Phase 1 on a system and organizational level through specifications (implementation concepts), testing support, trials, and training. The system implementation is expected to take place in S/4HANA by the client. Organizationally, training sessions are to be prepared and conducted. Additionally, knowledge transfer is planned. The consulting and support services are divided into two lots.
Lot 1 includes the overall project management for the project "Corporate Management" with a focus on business administration. The contractor shall ensure that the detailed professional descriptions defined in Phase 1 "Implementation Preparation" are translated into an implementation specification and executed, or modified for system and organizational implementation as necessary. This also includes partial project management for the implementations in the aforementioned SAP modules.
Lot 2 covers technical implementation support as well as consulting and training within the framework of the SAP implementation. Furthermore, the consultant assists in the seamless integration into the existing system landscape of the client. They will be supported in terms of content and technology by the client. The contractor also ensures the necessary knowledge transfer so that the solution can be independently maintained and developed further by the client after the framework agreement ends. The implementation support operates within the IT service management guidelines applicable at the contracting authority and coordinates closely within the project with the relevant points of contact from the client.
The contract duration starts with the award of the contract and is initially set for two years (minimum contract duration), unless terminated earlier. The client reserves the right to extend the contract twice by one year each (optional contract periods). The minimum contract duration automatically extends by another year unless the client terminates it three months before the expiry of the contract duration. The same applies for the second optional extension period. The contract ends in any case upon reaching the maximum total order limit - Lot 1 - Consulting, Implementation Specification, and Project Management: 2,352,941.17 EUR net; 2,800,000.00 EUR gross (including optional services). - Lot 2 - Implementation: 840,336.13 EUR net; 1,000,000.00 EUR gross (including optional services). The estimated acceptance quantity can be found in Annex 3.x to the contract - Pricing Sheet for Lots 1 and 2.
If the order value is increased by a change during the contract duration according to § 132 GWB, the contract ends upon reaching this new order value. The obligation of the contractor to provide contract-compliant services for the orders placed during the contract period remains unaffected by the end of the contract.
