Description:
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board is seeking provider input for a digital solution that integrates Clinical Decision Support, workflow optimization, referral management, and reporting to enhance primary care services.
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking the views of Providers with regards to procuring a digital solution suite combining Clinical Decision Support (CDS), workflow optimisation, referral management, and reporting, across primary care. The solution must support: Safe, evidence-based, standardised clinical practice. Delivery of contractual and locally commissioned services. Efficiency gains and workforce optimisation in both clinical and administrative functions. Enhanced data reporting and extraction. The service will: Provide point-of-care CDS aligned to NICE and local guidance. Offer clinical templates, pathways, and referral tools (encompassing clinical system interoperability / pre population) Enable data capture, extraction, and reporting for QOF, IIF, DES, and LCS. Improve workflow efficiency, releasing clinical and administrative capacity.
