The purpose is the contracting by IBERMUTUA, Mutual Society Collaborating with Social Security number 274, of the general treasury service (collection management and payment management) to administer the financial resources of the Social Security that it manages in its capacity as a Collaborating Entity with the Social Security in accordance with the provisions of Order TIN/866/2010, of 5 April, modified by Order TMS/513/2019 of 25 April, which regulates the criteria that, in their function of collaboration with the Social Security, must be followed by the Mutual Societies Collaborating with the Social Security and their entities and joint centres, in the management of treasury services contracted with financial institutions
