The purpose of this contract, of the global performance market type (design-build-operation-maintenance), is the construction of approximately 100 collective dwellings and car parks, located on the Chaussée des Berges in the commune of Val de Reuil, in the department of Eure. The estimated amount of the contract including the design and construction is set overall at € 11,000,000 million excluding operations and maintenance.

These dwellings must reach the RE 2020 threshold 2025 minimum and be certified NF Habitat HQE or BEE+ (PRESTATERRE). The use of bio-based materials (including wood) is expected and the establishment of a wood boiler room as well.

The winning consortium will develop and carry out the project in BIM mode.
