The Hanseatic city of Buxtehude is planning the replacement building and the expansion of the school sports hall as a 2-field hall (according to DIN 18032) at the location of the Rotkäppchenweg primary school.

The aim of this call is to award the following services:

- Service phases 1 to 9 of the technical equipment acc. Section 55 HOAI 2013 (in stages) for plant groups 1 to 5.

The services of the further specialist planning according to Sections 34, 39 and 51 HOAI 2013 are awarded in separate award procedures.

Eligible construction costs:

- EUR 3 780 750 (net) for cost groups 300 and 400;

- EUR 852 000 (net) for the cost group 400.

In connection with a development, it is intended to upgrade the area around the Rotkäppchenweg school location, the so-called "Sagekuhle". The areas of primary school, school playground with adjoining traffic training area, sports hall, family education center (FaBiZ) including day care center and canteen, playground with children's forum and football field should be merged as a "campus".

A central component for implementing this planning is the replacement building and the expansion of the school sports hall at the location of the current football ground on the edge of the campus. The existing hall can continue to be used during the construction period. Federal funding has been approved for the new building of the sports hall.

The company tun-Architektur, Hamburg has carried out an inventory of the existing sports hall at the Rotkäppchenweg location until mid-2019. Variants were examined in a rough cost estimate. The essential findings of the inventory are made available to all bidders when the request for quotation is sent.
