Innherred Innkjøp invites tenderers, on behalf of Steinkjer, Snåsa, Verdal, and Levanger Municipalities, to an open tender contest for a contract for assistance with the preparation for and valuation of properties for determining the basis for property tax in Snåsa, Verdal, Levanger, and Steinkjer Municipalities, with accompanying services.

Properties must be valued in order to determine the basis for property tax.

The aim of the procurement is to get assistance with the preparation of valuations, site inspections, and valuations of residential and holiday properties, commercial properties, power stations, and mass extraction sites, vacant housing properties, and the residential part in agricultural properties in Verdal, Steinkjer, Snåsa, and Levanger Municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority. Properties must be valued in order to determine the basis for property tax.

Steinkjer uses the Norwegian Tax Administration's wealth basis for most residential properties. This does not include Levanger. Snåsa and Verdal have not had a political decision on this yet, so the number of properties can be changed for these municipalities.

The scope will vary from municipality to municipality.
