The purpose of this tendering process is to create a framework agreement for which a maximum of five (5) suppliers will be selected. During the four (4) year contract period, AV equipment, supplies and services in accordance with its appendices may be ordered from the contract suppliers selected on the basis of the framework agreement.

The selected contract suppliers will be put out to tender on a case-by-case basis (so-called lighter tendering) by the customer.

The contract period is four (4) years. The period of notice is three (3) months on the customer's side and six (6) months on the supplier's side.
