1. The subject of the contract is to carry out an annual review and periodic overhaul of the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant in Konin in 2022 and 2023 together
with the supply of materials and spare parts, in particular: the execution of the periodic review, the necessary repairs and replacement of parts in order to maintain continuity of the operation of the plant and the delivery of spare parts and quick-wear agreed with the Contracting Authority, which have been downloaded and used during the renovation or have been indicated by the Ordering Party as necessary to ensure continuity of the operation of the installation.
