The minimum Guarantee period required by the Contracting Authority shall be 36 months from the date of final receipt of the subject of the contract. The Warranty period required by the Contracting Authority does not apply to equipment for which the shorter or longer Warranty period indicated in the OPZ is described. In the case of delivery of equipment, the Warranty period starts from the date of signing without Faults and/or Disadvantages of the equipment receipt protocol in which its delivery, installation and commissioning will be confirmed.
