This contract aims at the conclusion of a framework service contract for the provision of school transport services with driver for the pupils of the European School of Brussels I to the swimming pool.

Transport should be organized with hybrid, electric or hydrogen powered buses.

The service includes the following services:

- transport of children from the two sites of the European School of Brussels I to the duly identified stopping places, each circuit being provided there and back;

- supply of vehicles and personnel necessary for the service;

- the service is carried out by vehicles which have been judged to be in good condition in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions by the competent technical inspection services and which hold a certificate of conformity.

The carrier must accomplish its missions with:

- the implementation of sufficient means to comply with the result objective defined for this contract;

- concern for the quality of the service provided to users;

- respect for the transmission of information to the competent staff within the European School of Brussels I.
