Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for buildings located at 3 T. Rejtana Street (plot No. 37/16, AR-35, precinct: Old Town) and 5a T. Rejtana Street (plot No. 37/18, AR-35, precinct: Old Town) in Wrocław.

The scope of the contract includes:1) preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of design and cost estimate documentation in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for the development of design and cost estimate documentation for individual buildings and in accordance with the Decision of the District Building Supervision Inspector for the City of Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as PINB): No. 794/2023 of April 26, 2023 and No. 795/2023 of April 26, 2023, Technical expertise of a multi-family residential building at ul. T. Rejtana 3 and Technical expertise of a multi-family residential building at T. Rejtana 5a, 2) obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the decision of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) building permit and confirmation of submitting an application to WAiZ UM for a certificate that the decision has become final for individual buildings / obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works, if such a mode of administrative proceedings is ordered by a decision of the competent monument protection authority, 3) obtaining all necessary documents and arrangements, including arrangements with the competent monument protection authority, taking into account the fact that this project is implemented on the basis of PINB decisions, 4) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works covered by the developed documentation.
