The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a sanitary sewer system in Chrobrego Street in Głuszyca, together with the execution of post-construction documentation and obtaining a permit in the competent authority on behalf of the contracting authority for the use of the sewer network.

The object of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of sanitary sewerage system in Chrobrego Street in Głuszyca, together with the execution of post-construction documentation and obtaining a permit in the competent authority on behalf of the contracting authority for the use of the sewer network.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is the design documentation (Annex No 9 to SWZ). In addition, the contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

3. Note: The Contractor shall draw up and submit to the Contracting Authority for acceptance a detailed timetable with the projected robots together with the valuation of the individual elements and the time limits for the performance of the works (within 7 deadline working days from the date of transfer of the construction site). The calculated prices of the individual items as well as the total price on the schedule must be in accordance with the price shown in the tender offer.
