The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery of elements of the stop infrastructure that meet the requirements set out in the SWZ.
The scope of the contract includes:
1.1. preparation of full workshop documentation of individual elements of the infrastructure containing calculations and workshop drawings and other information necessary for the precise execution of individual elements,
1.2 making prototypes of the following elements of infrastructure on the basis of workshop documentation accepted by the Ordering Party:
- Bar to single sign (SP-P-A)
- Table with one column for a single bar (SP-2 type 1)
- Timetable board 300x500mm (point 7 of Annex 9)
- Board on the name of the stop for a double sign (SP-P3)
1.3. execution on the basis of accepted workshop documentation and presented prototypes and delivery of individual elements in accordance with SWZ.

- Board with one column for a single post (SP-2 type 1) – 920 pcs.
- Board with two columns for a single post (SP-2 type 2) – 40 pcs.
- Board with two columns and a reduced front to a single post (SP-2 type 3) – 20 pcs.
- Plate with one column for double post (SP-P3) – 14 pcs.
- Board with two columns for the double post (point 7 of Annex 9) – 6 pcs.
- Timetable board 300x500mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 300 pcs.
- Timetable board 300x750mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 150 pcs.
- Timetable board 300x1000mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 150 pcs.
- Double-sided board 300x750mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 150 pcs.
- Double-sided board 300x1000mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 150 pcs.
- Three-sided board 300x1000mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 50 pcs.
- Four-sided board 300x1000mm (point 7 of Annex 9) – 50 pcs.
- Plaque on the name of the stop for a double sign (SP-P3) – 20 pcs.
- Board on the name of the stop for a single sign (SP-P3) – 980 pcs.
- Post cap module with ZTM mark (SP 4) -1000 pcs.

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it (Article 257 of the PPL Act).
