1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of ready-made software and LICENSES of IT systems along with the implementation of e-services that meet the quality parameters set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 2) The subject of the contract includes: a) e-Services systems: a detailed description of the subject of the contract due to the limited number of characters is described in the SWZ and OPZ of the conducted procedure.
