Service contract related to the operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production and water treatment installations in Caf du Nord buildings

The market includes the following services:

- P2: operation and maintenance: the flat-rate service for driving and routine maintenance of all the technical equipment concerned with a profit-sharing clause for energy savings depending on the buildings, the flat-rate service for resources concerning the fight against proliferation of Legionella depending on the building, monitoring of regulatory inspections of technical installations;

- P3: full guarantee.

The market includes the following services:
