Purpose of the tender

The purpose of the tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with two (2) suppliers. The Framework Agreement will have a term of two (2) years, with twice (2x) one (1) year extension option.

The intention is to have the Framework Agreement come into force as planned.

Scope:

Offering AV assets through a mini competition. The Audio Visual Assets as described in Appendix 8 at least.
