1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities of the Oława Municipality.

2. A detailed list of energy consumption points is contained in Part II of the SWZ.

3. The estimated (forecast) amount of energy supplied is specified in Part II of the SWZ.

4. Daily supply of electricity with a rated voltage of 230/400 V of 50 Hz.

5. The objects intended for power supply shall belong to the V connection group.

6. The settlement of energy supply will take place on the basis of actual energy consumption, according to prices and rates of fees resulting from the submitted offer.

7. An integral part of the description of the subject of the contract is the model (draft) of the contract, which is presented in Part III of the SWZ.
