The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance and landscaping, felling, pruning and stump removal services. The framework agreement is drawn up according to an open call for tenders procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 et seq. Of the public procurement code dated 1.4. 2019. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing order forms in application of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. Of the public order code dated 1.4.2019. This is a framework agreement with multiple beneficiaries.
