1. The subject of the contract is the operational service of devices ensuring the reduction of hydrostatic pressure of groundwater on the reinforced concrete slab and other elements of the reinforced concrete structure of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław along with the monitoring of the facility.

1. The subject of the contract is the operational service of devices ensuring the reduction of hydrostatic pressure of groundwater on the reinforced concrete slab and other elements of the reinforced concrete structure of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław along with the monitoring of the facility.

2. This order consists in the implementation of the assumptions of the program developed in the previous task entitled: "Implementation of the Prevention Program consisting in reducing the hydrostatic pressure of groundwater on the reinforced concrete slab and other elements of the reinforced concrete structure of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław", hereinafter referred to as the "Prevention Program".

3. Further implementation of the assumptions of the Prevention Program and monitoring are aimed at eliminating the problem of unbalanced hydrostatic buoyancy on the reinforced concrete structure through the time-varying level of the groundwater table. The purpose of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement is to prevent technical degradation of the National Forum of Music facility together with the Car Park (jointly the Object), i.e. to prevent further scratches, cracks, deformation of the structure and leaks in the reinforced concrete structure. Degradation, in particular, consists in the appearance of scratches on the reinforced concrete structure of the Facility, mainly the foundation slab of the Underground Car Park, as well as diaphragm walls, the appearance of seeps through scratches, progressive deformation of the object.

4. As part of the contract, the Contracting Authority entrusts and the Contractor undertakes to perform the activities and obligations and to implement the guidelines indicated in the model contract, the description of which was included in the Description of the Subject of the Order and in the attachments to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
