The subject of the contract are successive non-cash deliveries of fuels (diesel oil - ON, unleaded petrol - Pb95) to vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels, Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the Terms of Contract. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the SWZ. If the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.

Fuel will be dispensed in the non-cash sales system in the form of non-cash fuel (fleet) cards: the cards must be issued to the registration number of cars in the possession of the Ordering Party; cards must be equipped with a magnetic stripe or microprocessor; The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver to the Ordering Party's registered office the above-mentioned cards for vehicles owned by the Ordering Party at its own expense; the data necessary to issue the cards will be provided to the Contractor after signing the contract. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the SWZ.
