The subject of the order is the service of performing investor's supervision during construction works consisting in the reconstruction of four existing retention reservoirs located in the Rzepin-Leśnictwo Forest District: Rzepin and Nowy Młyn. The execution of construction works has been divided into two parts. Each part of construction works will be carried out separately. Particular parts of the works may be performed by the same Contractor or various Contractors.

The reservoirs will act as a slowdown in the outflow of surface waters, and thus reduce the effects of drought. They are designed as permanent objects, functioning without maintenance, not equipped with devices for flow regulation, with inhomogeneous coastline, with the occurrence of sinuses.

The subject of the order is the service of performing investor's supervision during construction works consisting in the reconstruction of four existing retention reservoirs located in the Rzepin-Leśnictwo Forest District: Rzepin and Nowy Młyn.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) representing the investor on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the project or building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge;

2) checking the quality of construction works carried out and the use of products in the performance of these works in accordance with art. 10 of the Act of 7.7.1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186, as amended);

3) checking and receiving construction works that are covered or disappearing, participating in technical tests and commissioning of installations, technical devices, preparation and participation in the acceptance of finished construction works and transferring them for use;

4) confirmation of the work actually carried out and removal of defects, as well as controlling the construction settlements. +

In addition, the Contractor's responsibilities will include:

1) getting acquainted with technical documentation and decisions of administrative bodies;

2) representing the Employer at the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the cost estimate, project documentation, schedule and building permit as well as legal regulations, applicable standards and principles of technical knowledge;

3) checking the quality of works and embedded products and materials, in particular preventing the use of defective construction products and unrestricted on the market and use in construction;

4) resolving technical doubts arising in the course of ongoing works and, if necessary, drawing the opinion of the author of the project, with the exception of matters affecting the change of the costs of the task, which require approval of the Employer;

5) checking whether the contractor of deliveries and construction works adheres to the BIOZ plan and the law, including in particular health and safety regulations, fire protection, environmental protection and nature protection;

6) issuing orders to the head of construction / works, confirmed by an entry in the construction log or internal construction log, regarding the removal of irregularities and threats, entries about trials and tests, etc .;

7) request from the site manager / works to correct or remake defective work, as well as suspend further works in the event that their continuation would cause hazards or cause an unacceptable non-compliance with the technical documentation or building permit;

8) control of the quantity and timeliness of works and deliveries;

9) control of formal activities resulting from technical conditions, arrangements and applicable decisions;

10) control of settlements between the contractor of deliveries and construction works and its subcontractors;

11) participation in meetings and consultations regarding the implementation of supplies and construction works;

12) checking and receiving works that are covered or disappearing, as well as preparing and participating in acceptance activities and handing over objects for use;

13) checking the removal of defects;

14) control and verification of the work surveys submitted by the Contractor;

15) control of the correctness of keeping the construction or internal log of the construction log and making entries stating all circumstances relevant for the proper construction process;

16) convening and participating at least once a month of construction advice and presenting problems, progress of works, etc .;

17) calling the contractor of construction works to improve work in the event of delays or threats to failure to comply with the contract;

18) providing the Employer with documents and information on dates determined by him in the event of court and other disputes arising from the implementation of the investment.
