The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and order in the City and Commune of Września consisting in performing activities related to mechanical and manual cleaning of the road surface, sidewalks, squares, parking spaces, emptying and removing waste from street bins and running and operating public toilets in Września.

1) Clear road roadway surface by mechanical cleaning of sand and other impurities of roadway surfaces, parking bays and bus bays, traffic sewer islets located in the roadway level together with the export of harvested sand and other impurities to the dump. Cleaning of the road roadway surface should be performed in a mechanical manner, and in a place where specialized equipment can not be used manually. Sweeping should be carried out in hours where this will not be a nuisance to residents and impediments to road users — the Ordering Party shall submit a list of streets intended for cleaning each week;

2) spring washing of road roadway surface after current cleaning — The Contracting Authority shall submit a list of streets intended for washing down;

3) cleaning of road infrastructure in the City and Commune of Września by cleaning areas located in the road lanes of streets and pedestrian routes, i.e. sidewalks, bicycle paths, public parking lots, parking envelopes, paid parking spaces, terrain stairs, bus stops and other public places, including areas where the obligation to systematically maintain cleanliness rests on property owners – consisting in comprehensive activities of the Contractor, the purpose of which is to keep clean throughout the duration of the contract – the Ordering Party will provide a list of sidewalks every week, etc. provided for cleaning;

4) emptying of waste baskets, which are located in road lanes - the area within a radius of min. 5 m from the basket should also be kept clean not less than 2 times a week;

5) conducting cleaning works also on Saturdays and Sundays (celebration, manual cleaning) in the city — The Ordering Party will indicate the places which should be kept clean and tidy on weekends;

6) cleaning of stop sheds — The Ordering Party will indicate by phone, email sheds which must be cleaned up;

7) the operation and operation of the public toilet on the Lipówka River, in the Wrzesiński Children Park, Marshal Józef Piłsudski Park and in the parking lot at Gnieźnieńska Street in Września in the area of cleaning, cleaning and hygiene supply and draining of the drainless tank (Leippo).
