GVB is looking for a service provider for the 2nd and 3rd line Management and Maintenance on the Aveva platform (software / hardware) it uses at CBI Tram including charging stations Veren, whereby 2nd line management must be carried out 24 hours a day.
The Aveva platform is a so-called SCADA solution, which is a system for collecting, forwarding, processing and visualizing measurement and control signals. The CBI Tram is active in the rectifier stations of the Tram. In addition, the software was used for the central control of the charging stations at Veren.
The scope of the tender concerns:
The 2nd and 3rd line Management and Maintenance on the Aveva platform (software/hardware) of CBI Tram including charging stations Springs, whereby 2nd line management must be carried out 24 hours a day.
Optional is any new software and hardware on the Aveva platform that may be purchased in the future as part of extensions or adjustments to the existing system. In addition, the Aveva platform is optional and can also be used for Bus in the long term. This is not expected to happen before 2024.
Outside scope of the assignment:
- 1st line management: GVB RIB carries out the 1st line management and maintenance itself for Tram/Feathers matters.
- Other SCADA's: Metro business unit uses a SCADA from another software supplier to control installations. Management, maintenance and possible expansion of this system falls outside the scope of this tender.
