The procurement includes assignments in the following categories. The customer reserves the right to decide whether site visits should take place in each requested assignment.

Agreement area A: Water and sewerage design.
Call-offs according to this sub-area are covered by pre-design for turnkey contracts, detailed design for execution contracts, detailed cost calculations for both turnkey and execution contracts.
Production of procurement documents, AF parts and technical description. The consultant should also be able to participate in design for collaboration/partnering projects.
Agreement area B: Water and wastewater investigations
Call-offs according to this sub-area are covered by stormwater investigation/cloudburst investigation for planning programs and detailed plans, investigations of water and sewerage networks and stormwater facilities, preliminary studies, pre-planning and rough cost assessments. It can also include plans and investigations for overall strategic water and wastewater planning, such as a VA plan and VA tariff.
Agreement area C: Water and wastewater modelling
Call-offs according to this sub-area are covered by the construction of pipe network models in Mike+ for water, wastewater and stormwater networks, calibration and validation of pipe network models based on measurements, capacity calculations and dimensioning of existing and planned pipeline networks. Quality assurance must be done by an experienced modeler who has not been involved in the construction of the model. Model documentation should be established to clearly show how the model is structured and what parameters have been used. This should be a living document that is continuously updated when reality changes or new conditions arise. Required measurements for the model design may be included.

With the framework agreements as a basis, calls will be made for each mission, specifying the scope and other conditions.
Tenders are divisible in such a way that tenders can relate to one or more contract areas and the customer intends to accept a maximum of three (3) suppliers, provided that a sufficient number of suppliers meet all requirements, per contract area.
