Description:
EU public call for tenders for framework agreement for advice on nature management

The purpose of this EU tender is to enter into framework agreements to meet the Ministry of Defence's ongoing need for advice on nature management.

The purpose of this EU tender is to enter into a framework agreement with up to three consultancy companies in order of priority (which is important for the award of specific fee agreements), which can assist the Ministry of Defence's Property Agency with advice related to nature management.

The purpose of this tender is to enter into framework agreements to meet the Ministry of Defence's Property Agency's ongoing need for advice related to nature management at the Ministry of Defence's establishments in Denmark. The Danish Ministry of Defence's Property Agency will thus enter into a framework agreement in this area. Advice may include: Operation and care plans, evaluation of operation and care plans, Natura 2000, nature restoration projects, drainage projects, etc., consultancy, literature studies, materiality assessment and impact assessment on land, sea and air.

The advisory areas are described in more detail in the service description attached to the framework agreement. The scope of the individual tasks requested under the framework agreement is determined in the individual fee agreement. The Danish Ministry of Defence's Property Agency will enter into agreements with up to three consultancy firms in order of priority, which is important for the award of specific fee agreements. Fee agreements up to an estimated value of DKK 300,000 are thus awarded, as a rule, to the best priority advisor, while fee agreements with an estimated value exceeding DKK 300,000 are awarded by the implementation of mini-tenders, where the competition is reopened and where fee agreements are awarded on the basis of the award criterion "best price-quality ratio".

The framework agreement has an estimated annual value of DKK 4.00 million, which is why the total estimated value - including full exercise of options - is thus DKK 16.00 million. However, the annual maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 7.00 million, and the total maximum value is therefore DKK 28.00 million.

The information provided regarding the estimated and maximum value of the framework agreement should be understood as the value of all three agreements with the up to three advisors.

The framework agreement will enter into force when the framework agreement is signed by both parties, but no earlier than 1 June 2023. The framework agreement shall have a duration of four years from the entry into force of the framework agreement.
