Electronic auction.

1.Zam. provides for an electronic auction referred to in Article 227(1uPL)

2.Zam. After evaluation of the tenders, it shall hold an electronic auction to select the most advantageous bid if at least 2 non-repuditable bids are submitted. The electronic auction will be held. on the purchasing platform available at https://umsosnowiec.logintrade.net/

3.Zam. will invite electronically to participate in the electronic auction at the same time all Wyk. who have submitted bids not subject to rejection by sending zapr. to the e-mail address indicated by Wyk. in the Offer Form, the template of which is Attachment. No. 1 to SWZ.

4. The manner of conducting the electronic auction has been okr. in Attachment. No. 12 to SWZ.

1) Task 1 – Thermomodernization of Primary School No. 1 at 7 Niepodległości Street in Sosnowiec;

2) Task 2 – Thermomodernization of Primary School No. 3 at 6 Hutnicza Street in Sosnowiec;

3) Task 3 – Thermomodernization of Primary School No. 23 at 3 Jagiełły Street in Sosnowiec;

4) Task 4 – Thermomodernization of Primary School No. 36 at 12 Czołgistów Street in Sosnowiec;

5) Task 5 – Thermomodernization of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 at 37 Ostrogórska Street in Sosnowiec;

6) Task 6 – Thermomodernization of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 40 at 16d Gwiazda Street in Sosnowiec;

2. Description of the subject of the contract is Appendix No 2 to the SWZ — Detailed Description of the Subject

3. The required warranty period for the entire subject of the order is 60 months.

4.In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure for the award of a public contract if the funds it intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
