4. Where the content of the Specification and the Annexes to the Specification contains a reference to a specific type of standard, the Employer allows equivalent standards. The Contractor who, in order to demonstrate that the offered subject of the Order meets the requirements of the Order, refers to equivalent solutions described by the Employer, is obliged to demonstrate that the subject of the Contract offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Employer.
5. The Awarding Entity allows the possibility of making a site visit by Contractors, not later than 3 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In such a situation, the Contractor is obliged, at least 2 days before the date of the site visit proposed by him, to use electronic means of communication within the meaning of the Act of 18.7.2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. item 1219; hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the provision of electronic services") to the Ordering Party with a request to set the date (day and time) of making a local visit, with the proviso that the local visit may take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from work in 9: 00-14: 00.
6. The Contractor is obliged to read and apply the recommendations arising from the Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System SA (The Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System SA is available on the website of the Employer: http: //www.gaz -system.pl/przetargi/kodeks-postepowania-dla-dostawcow/).
