The Contracting Authority reserves in exceptional situations the possibility of carrying out the subject of the contract on a statutory day off work. The Contracting Authority shall inform that it shall first assess the tenders and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer is assessed as the most favourable is not subject to exclusion and fulfils the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The Contracting Authority shall inform that in the event of circumstances surrounding the occurrence of COVID-19 which affect or may affect the due performance of the subject matter of the contract, the contract may be amended.
