The subject of the order is the delivery of bread, rolls, buttery bread, pastry, biscuits, yeast, doughnuts and croissants to the Legionowo Police Training Centre and the Administrative and Economic Division of the CSP in Sułkowice.

The item of the order was divided into 4 parts:

1) Part I — CHLEB, BUŁKI, PIECZYWO MASLANE — delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Center;

2) Part II — CIASTA, CIASTKA, ROŻDŻÓWKI, PĄCZKI — delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Centre;

3) Part III — CHLEB, BUŁKI, PIECZYWO MAŚLANE — delivery to the Administrative and Economic Division of the CSP in Sułkowice;

4) Part IV — CIASTA, CIASTKA, DROŻDŻÓWKI, PĄCZKI, ROGALIKI — delivery to the Administrative and Economic Division of the CSP in Sułkowice.

CHLEB, BUŁKI, PIECZYWO MASLANE — Delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Center

Part I — CHLEB, BUŁKI, PIECZYWO MASLANE — delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Center. Deadline of the subject of the order: successively in batches from 03 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. Scheduled date of first delivery from 03 January 2022 1. Wheat-rye mixed bread, wholemeal bread, bread with soybean grain, bread with sunflower grain: well grown, well baked, fresh, non-crumbling, with an irresistible crust, which is well cut with a bread slicer equipped with knives with blades in the shape of a thin ball, with the right taste and smell, oval or rectangular loaves weighing 0.70 kg to 1 kg. 2 Wrocław wheat bun (Paris): well grown, well baked, fresh, non-crumbling, with the right taste and smell, with an unstained crust. 3. Wheat buns, canoe, grahamek, multigrain bun: well grown, well baked, fresh, crisp, non-crumbling, with the right taste and smell, with an unbecoming peel. The assortment listed in points 1 to 3 will be delivered to the Contracting Authority from Monday to Saturday from 04.00 to 05.30, in accordance with the quantitative requisition provided to the Contractor via telefax or e-mail of the previous day. 4. Croissants or buttery buns: well grown, well baked, fresh, non-crumbling, with the right taste and smell. They will be delivered to the office of the Ordering Party 4-5 times a week from 04.00 to 05.30, in accordance with the quantitative requirement provided to the Contractor by means of telefax or e-mail of the previous day. The assortment listed in points 1 to 4 will be supplied in clean plastic containers authorised for food contact meeting sanitary and hygiene requirements. 5. Breadcrumbs — wheat. It will be delivered to the office of the Ordering Party successively in batches, 2 to 3 times a month, in accordance with the quantitative demand provided to the Contractor by means of telefax or e-mail 3 days before the scheduled delivery. Breadcrumbs will be delivered in paper bags with a net weight of 10 kg to 30 kg. Each bag must have a label with a suggested shelf life date set by the manufacturer. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves in exceptional situations the possibility of carrying out the subject of the contract on a statutory day off work. The Contracting Authority shall, in this proceeding, apply the so-called 'reverse order of assessment' referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Act. The Contracting Authority shall inform that it shall first assess the tenders and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer is assessed as the most favourable is not subject to exclusion and fulfils the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 455 (1) (1) of the Act, in connection with the specification of the operation of the unit and the possibility of a decrease in the number of fed status, reserves the possibility of not fulfilling the entire contract without financial and legal consequences The minimum remuneration for the Contractor in such a case in Part I will be PLN 129 753,96. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the total value of the order may not exceed the funds held. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the period of implementation of the contract to 60 days after the date set out in the contract, within the framework of the funds laid down for that purpose and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect. In accordance with Article 310 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The Contracting Authority shall inform that in the event of circumstances surrounding the occurrence of COVID-19 which affect or may affect the due performance of the subject matter of the contract, the contract may be amended.

This assortment will be delivered to the office of the Ordering Party from Monday to Saturday from 04.00 to 06.00, in accordance with the quantitative requirement provided to the Contractor by means of telefax or e-mail of the previous day. 2. Wheat bun Wrocław (Parisian): well grown, well baked, fresh, non-crumbling, proper taste and fragrance, with an unstained crust. 3. Wheat buns canoe, fitness, multigrain: well-grown, well-baked, fresh, crisp, non-crumbling, with the right taste and smell, with an unbecoming crust. It will be delivered to the office of the Ordering Party by successive batches, as required in accordance with the quantitative demand provided to the Contractor by means of telefax or e-mail 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery.
