With this tender notice, Health Region Mid Norway invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest where the objective is to enter into framework agreements regarding interpretation services. Health Region Mid Norway is the contracting authority, but the procurement includes the hospitals and health enterprises listed in the tender documents.

The objective of the procurement of interpretation services (interpretation by attendance, interpretation by use of telephone, interpretation by use video transmission) is to ensure proper safeguarding of the patient's and the closest relatives' rights in accordance with the Law of 2.7.1999, No 63 regarding patient and user rights in connection with health care aid in the specialist health service.

The framework agreement period is 2 2-years with option for prolongation of up to 1 + 1 year. The agreement(s) is(are) valid from the date of contract signing.

Based on previous years' procurements the contracting authority, without purchase obligations, estimates the contract value to be approx. 12 000 000 NOK during the 2 year contract period. The estimated value includes all participating health enterprises.

Contract will be awarded for each health enterprise individually. Tenderers can therefore submit tenders for all involved health enterprises or for each health enterprise individually, c.f. Annex B2; Product and price form. The contracting authority will enter into agreements with 3 suppliers for each health enterprise, provided that sufficient number of acceptable tenders are received.
