The construction project is the replacement of the Schillerschule in Bürstadt. The Schillerschule is a primary school with about 600 pupils. On a GFA of approx. 7,500 m² on 3 full floors, 24 classrooms, multi-purpose and care rooms as well as the school administration, as well as technical rooms are being built. The building will be built in solid construction, mainly in reinforced concrete and masonry, with a flat sloping roof / flat roof and has a gross volume of approx. 31,700 m³. During the construction period, school operations and administration will be outsourced to a container module facility.
The services to be commissioned here include heating and central domestic hot water heating systems in accordance with DIN 18380 with the following scope:
- 1 piece distributor with 8 connections DN 25 to DN 100
- approx. 1,700 m carbon steel pipe DN 15 to DN 100 including fittings, fittings and thermal insulation
- approx. 20,000 m underfloor heating composite pipe PE-Xa 17x2.0 mm incl. fittings and fittings
- approx. 5,380 m² floor studded tiles, edge insulation strips and accessories
- 16 pipeline pumps DN 25 to DN 65 and accessories
