The subject of the contract is: Successive purchase (own collection of the Ordering Party directly from the Contractor's factory) of a hot mineral and asphalt mixture: AC asphalt concrete, in accordance with the applicable subject standards, throughout the entire period of the contract implementation – binding and wearing course for traffic load KR1-2 and KR3-4, for manual and mechanical spreading on road surfaces.

The Contracting Authority will carry out the subject matter of the contract in the following areas:

Primary

optional, if the option is exercised.

Information on the means of proof in question.

The contracting authority does not require the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer.

The Contracting Authority will select the most advantageous offer based on the following tender evaluation criteria: gross price (weight – 80%) and distance from the factory (weight – 20%).

The best offer will be considered to be the one from among the unrejected offers that obtains the highest score within the adopted tender evaluation criteria, which are:

gross price – weight 80%,

distance of the bituminous mass plant – weight 20%.
