Molde Eiendom KF will build a new nursery school, Lillekollen Barnehage (Lillekollen Nursery School), at Bjørset in Molde. The new nursery school will replace two old nursery schools. The existing nursery school buildings on the site will be demolished. The nursery school will be dimensioned for 90 children and 30 employees. A draft project has been prepared, forming the basis for further work with the project.

The procurement includes:

— demolition of two existing school buildings,

— design and execution of the new nursery school,

— ground work,

— construction work,

— HVAC and sanitation work,

— electrical work,

— automatic work — Outdoor works. The entire site will be developed.
