The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the Kłodzko Municipality, from the property where the inhabitants reside.

1. The object of the order is:

1) collection and development of mixed municipal waste from the territory of the Kłodzko Municipality, from the property where the inhabitants reside, according to the schedule set by the Ordering Party;

2) collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste, i.e. paper, glass, metals and plastics, multi-material packaging waste and biowaste from the Kłodzko Municipality, from the property on which the inhabitants reside, according to the schedule set by The Ordering Party, as well as ongoing delivering/leaving to residents bags for waste segregation /blue, yellow, green/.

3) Reception and management of large waste, used electrical and electronic equipment and used tires from the territory of the Kłodzko Municipality, from properties where residents live. Reception of this type of waste is carried out at least 1 time a year.

The date of collection will be agreed with the Contractor.

4) managing separately collected waste in such a way as to ensure that the Contracting Authority achieves the level of recycling, preparation for re-use and recycling of paper, metal, plastic and glass in the amount of at least 45% in 2024 and 55% in 2025.

5) Management of bio-waste in such a way as to ensure that the Ordering Party reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill no more than 35% by weight of the total weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in relation to the weight of this waste generated in 1995, i.e. 860.852 Mg.
