Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF will enter into parallel framework agreements for the delivery and assembly of sound absorbing boards. The framework agreement is primarily for deliveries for maintenance projects in existing buildings.

The aim is to enter into parallel framework agreements with 1-3 tenderers within each main group.

The estimated start of the framework agreement is during the 2nd quarter of 2020. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from the start of contract, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for 1 + 1 year on the original contract terms.

Oslo Municipality, c/o Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF, hereafter also called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for parallel framework agreements for the delivery and assembly of sound absorbing boards for the schools in Oslo.

Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF is a company owned by Oslo Municipality to develop, build, operate,and maintain school buildings. The company is Oslo's largest property manager with approx. 1 360 000 m2 spread over 177 schools and 750 buildings. 83 000 pupils and 13 000 employees are daily users.
