Radius Housing intends to award a contract to a single provider for services to include the weekly testing of fire alarm systems, monthly testing of emergency lighting systems and weekly Health and Safety inspections within communal spaces to apartment blocks and reporting thereon to numerous residential buildings spread across Northern Ireland. The buildings are generally up to three/four stories, containing single storey apartments In addition, there are a number of apartment blocks above four storey height. The Contractor should note that all the dwellings in each building will be occupied at all times and he shall co-operate fully with each tenant (if applicable) in carrying out all the works with minimum of inconvenience and disturbance, free access and right of way at all times to all dwellings must be granted to tenants.
