The purpose of the consultation is to supply single-use items for municipal catering establishments and the Communal Centre for Social Action (C.C.A.S.) of Puteaux. The supply of these products concerns only municipal catering establishments located on the territory of the municipality of Puteaux.The market does not cover the specific needs of holiday centers with accommodation, which the municipality of Puteaux owns, namely:- the hotel of the Crêt du Loup in La Clusaz (Haute-Savoie); - the Marine de Caprone in Ghisonaccia (Haute-Corse); - the holiday center of the "Three Hamlets" in Ploemeur (Morbihan). The description of the expected services and their technical specifications are indicated in Articles 5 to 6 of the CCP.
