Within the term of the contract, four glass cleanings of all properties are to be carried out:

Autumn holidays 2023: glass cleaning without frames

Easter holidays 2024: glass cleaning including frames and window sills

Autumn holidays 2024: glass cleaning without frames

Easter holidays 2025: glass cleaning including frames and window sills

- Lot 1 Benningsfeld sewage treatment plant: Special safety regulations apply in the sewage treatment plant which require internal instruction in the sewage treatment plant by the in-house staff.

- Lot 1 district Refrath additionally planned extensions, during the term of the contract, of the OGS areas in various schools through modular construction systems, here also increase the areas to be cleaned accordingly.

These extensions are then incorporated into the existing contract period. The basis for the offer is then the fixed StVs with the agreed sqm/services.

The contract period begins on 1 October 2023 (autumn holidays) and ends on 30 September 2025.

All glass surfaces in the school buildings are to be cleaned exclusively during the school holidays mentioned. In the case of administrative and other buildings, glass cleaning is also possible outside the school holidays in consultation with the city of Bergisch Gladbach.

In the historic town hall of Bergisch Gladbach, the old leaded glazing is protected from the outside by additional glazing with frames. These must also be cleaned with each cleaning. The town hall of Bergisch Gladbach plays a special role in terms of cleaning. Here, different types of windows have to be cleaned in individual areas.

The inspection of the town hall is therefore mandatory. A confirmation form can be found under " Documents to be completed " in the tender documents. Without this proof, the bid for Lot 2 will be excluded from further evaluation.

When determining the price, please note that all properties in the city of Bergisch Gladbach require increased cleaning when cleaning glass with frames and window sills.

4. Glass cleaning

At the town hall of Bensberg, glass cleaning is always specified with frames and window sills. In addition, after frame cleaning, all frame elements and window sills made of anodised must be entered 1x a year (specifications RAL GZ 902). The inspection of the town hall is therefore mandatory. A confirmation form can be found under " Documents to be completed " in the tender documents. Without this proof, the bid for Lot 3 will be excluded from further evaluation.
