Municipalities have instructed the Association of Dutch Municipalities to hold a European tender for around 6,000 printers (multi-functional printers and single-functional printers) for the benefit of around 100,000 workplaces, spread over 200 municipalities and participating interests.

Framework agreements are concluded with a maximum of 5 tenderers. Mini competitions are held with the framework contractors.

The period in which the mini competitions are held is 3 + 1 year. The duration of the agreement for the delivery of the printers is 3 to 5 years, with an option to extend for a maximum of 2 years.
