Open tender contest pursuant to parts I and III for the procurement of framework agreements for consultancy services within the consultant engineer heating, ventilation, and sanitary engineering discipline; HVAC/RIV consultancy services. The procurement is for parallel framework agreements for typical consultancy services within the RIV discipline. The framework agreement will be signed with three -3- tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The framework agreements will be signed for 2 years with a unilateral option for a 1 + 1 year extension. The framework agreements have an estimated non-binding (see the detailed information) total value of NOK 2.0 million a year.
Open tender contest pursuant to parts I and III for the procurement of framework agreements for consultancy services within the consultant engineer heating, ventilation, and sanitary engineering discipline; HVAC/RIV consultancy services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for small and large assignments in our churches and our other properties/buildings. The framework agreements can be used by relevant departments, sections, etc., in Kirkevergen's and KfiO's administration for various assignments.
The discipline for this procurement is: RIV/consultant engineer heating, ventilation, and sanitary engineering, HVAC.

The framework agreement will be signed with three -3- tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.
Parallel framework agreements for other consultancy services/consultancy engineering services and construction management are planned to be signed through separate tender contests in separate notices.
Estimated scope/assignment amount:
All monetary amounts are excluding VAT. The framework agreements have a total estimated value of NOK 2.0 million a year.
The contracting authority emphasises that the figures are estimates and that the actual volume may vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
However, the maximum total value of the framework agreements will not exceed NOK 10 million over four years. The value is not binding for the contracting authority.
Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise.
Tenderers must be aware that changes in the financial and/or political framework terms can lead to the estimated amount of assignments being increased/reduced.
