SBH | As the state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school real estate, taking into account school issues, and of the more than 400 schools to the school authority and vocational training (BSB) for rent.

The buildings at the listed site are to be extensively renovated. The tendered measures are a partial service for the 1st BA Interior Renovation House B.
