The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers a framework agreement on diplomatic shipments. See Section II.2.4) for a description of the offering.

The framework agreement concerns the handling of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' diplomatic shipments from Denmark to all Danish diplomatic missions abroad and from all Danish diplomatic missions abroad to Denmark. The framework agreement covers shipments by courier express, air freight and road transport.

The framework agreement also covers consignments to any new representations created during the term of the framework agreement. The price for such shipments is set at the price of shipments to the nearest diplomatic mission + 10%.

The estimated value of the framework agreement is DKK 45-60 million. The range indicated is justified by the uncertainty as to the real value of the framework agreement, including in the light of uncertain fuel prices. The lower limit of the range thus reflects the contracting entity's most qualified estimate of the value of the framework agreement at present, while the upper limit of the range expresses the maximum value of the framework agreement.
