Contract description:

Waste sampling and analysis services.

The services that are the subject of this contract are briefly the following:

— principal service also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: execution of the waste sampling and analysis service aimed at assessing the admissibility of waste pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2003 in landfills for non-hazardous waste managed by Marche Multiservizi S.p.A., all as per Special Tender Specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference is made ob relationem.

— secondary service pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016: there are no secondary benefits.

The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium must be specified.

The contract will have a duration of 3 (three) years, with the option of renewal under the same economic-contractual conditions, as the client's faculty, for a further 1 (one) annual period.

The presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum total amount estimated on the basis of the tender for the three-year contractual period, is established at Euro 383,559.60 (three hundred and eighty-three thousand five hundred and fifty-nine/60) of which Euro 459.60 (four hundred and fifty-nine/60) for security charges not subject to reduction, plus VAT.

Amount net of security charges: Euro 383,100.00 (three hundred eighty-three thousand one hundred 00).
