Partly by hiring through a broker/matchmaker, the province of Drenthe wants to hire the required capacity and expertise in the field of specialized personnel focused on operational functions. At the moment, the province of Drenthe has a Framework Agreement, but the Framework Agreement has to be re-tendered. This immediately gives the province of Drenthe the opportunity to apply the experience gained in recent years in this new tender. The framework agreement will take effect on 1 September 2023 after completion of this tender.
