1. The subject of the contract are the services of driving bus vehicles in public transport, on communication lines determined depending on the needs of the Customer, in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the amount of not more than 500,000.00 vehicle-kilometers during the term of the contract.

2. To perform the contract, the Contractor should direct at least 8 drivers with qualifications specified by law to transport passengers by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed as a driver by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, with particular emphasis on the Act on drivers' working time of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1155, as amended) and the Act on road transport of 6 September 2001 (i.e.

Journal of Law of 2019, item 58, as amended. as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the general terms and conditions of the contract.
