The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, tourist development, side use of the forest, to be performed in the area of the Solec Kujawski Forest District in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672), including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and other works related to forest management, to be performed in the area of the Solec Kujawski Forest District in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within three years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 20% of the value of this contract.
