Object planning building according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 1-9, step-by-step commissioning, special services

The school location Schule am Meer Travemünde consists of the buildings of the primary school, the community school and the sports hall. All buildings on this property are to be renovated/modernized and completely repaired with regard to the entire building fabric and the technical infrastructure. Here, the energy-efficient building renovation will be integrated into the planning by means of a concept drawn up in advance. The necessary renovation measures are to be carried out one after the other on a building-by-building basis. To ensure that the school can continue to operate, the part of the school in question is to be relocated to a container interim building complex during the construction period. The planning, tendering and construction management of this plant is also part of the services to be provided.

Approximately € 11.3 million net is estimated for KG 300 and approx. € 7.3 million net for KG 400.

The above-mentioned total costs are to be understood as upper limits to which the services in all service phases must be aligned.

To this end, offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the scope of services for building property planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.
