1. The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of roads in the area of the villages of the Kartuzy Commune in the period from 16.01.2024 to 14.04.2024. Winter maintenance covers municipal public roads, selected internal roads, pavements, bays and parking spaces in the city of Kartuzy and the villages of the Kartuzy Commune.

Therefore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity of individual settlement elements, while maintaining the unit prices specified by the Contractor in the Offer, resulting in:

1) reduce the scope of performance of the subject matter of the agreement, within the scope of a given Part, resulting in a change in the value for this Part of the agreement on the date of its conclusion by a maximum of 50%,

2) increase the scope of performance of the subject matter of the agreement, within the scope of a given Part, resulting in a change in the value for this Part of the agreement on the date of its conclusion by a maximum of 20%,

3) changes in individual quantities of man-hours and materials within the scope of a given Part, while maintaining the unit prices specified by the Contractor in the Offer.
