UCL is seeking to procure Masterplan Cost Consultant services for the UCL Stratford project.

This will involve the devlopment of the proposal for a new UCL quarter on the Carpenters Estates site in Startford in order to:

— Support a planning Application to the Local Authority in connection with this development proposal,

— Support any Compulsary Purchase Order in connection with this development proposal,

— Support and allow business planning for funding.
