1. The subject of the order is construction works consisting in:

"Performing partial repairs of bituminous surfaces and removing the effects of breakthroughs in 2022 on provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Lublin" for Task No. 7 – Provincial Roads District in Lublin with its registered office in Bychawa, Road Circuit in Bełżyce and for Task No. 11 – Provincial Roads District in Włodawa

2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe conditions of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the Simplified Traffic Organization Project (for the duration of the works) prepared by the ZDW in Lublin and submitted to the Contractor after signing the contract, approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.

3. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for annulment of the proceeding within the meaning of Article 257 of the

Task No. 7: Region of Provincial Roads in Lublin z/s in Bychawa

- Filling cavities with mineral-asphalt mixture AC11S (with framing) – 280.00 Mg
