1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of projects from the participatory budget: Zad. 1 - Trees, shrubs and refreshment of areas along 303 Dywizjonu Street - friendly to people and animals; Rump. 2 - Planting a rare tree: Japanese tree in Górczewska Park (5 pcs.) and planting a row of hydrangeas along the sidewalk of 303 Dywizjonu Street.
2. As part of the contract, the following must be executed: 2.1. for Zad. 1:
1) planting project along Dywizjonu 303 Street (from No. 113 to 175),
2) maintenance of the existing greenery along 303 Dywizjonu Street,
3) making/purchase and installation of plates with the logo of the participatory budget,
4) execution/purchase and assembly of birdhouses - type A and B, the place of hanging the boxes will be indicated by the Ordering Party at the stage of contract performance,
5) execution/purchase and assembly of insect boxes - the place of assembly will be indicated by the Ordering Party at the stage of order fulfillment;
2.2. for Croup. 2;
planting 300 pcs. hydrangea along the pavement between the tracks and the pavement (...), c.d. in Chapter III SWZ.
As part of the order, the following should be carried out: Planting project along 303 Dywizjonu Street (from No. 113 to 175) and on its basis carry out part of the plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials and grasses in the quantities indicated in the Price Form (in zones A, B, C).
After selecting the offer, the Contractor shall present to the Contracting Authority within 21 days a concept (draft) of planting selection, taking into account the guidelines presented in the description of the subject of the contract and submit them to the Contracting Authority for initial approval.
NOTE: in the concept of planting selection, and then in the planting project, hydrangeas planted under task No. 2 of the order (300 planted as a supplement to existing plantings) should also be taken into account
The concept of planting selection and planting project should take into account any comments of the Contracting Authority (regarding the compliance of the presented planting project with OPZ and the guidelines of the project submitted as part of the participatory budget).
The proposed changes may not result in an increase in the Contractor's remuneration, including affecting the change in the price of plantings and leading to a change in the nature of the project. Changes may concern m.in the distribution of plants, changes in plants within the species.
Perennials and grasses should be designed in part C and planted in the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the attached map.
Tall shrubs should be designed in part B (as planting to existing shrubs, so as to shield the pavement from the tram tracks, planting width approx. 2 m).
Trees should be designed mainly in part A (part of tree plantings in part B is allowed).
Low shrubs (ground cover roses) should be designed in part A.
After acceptance of the planting project by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall immediately (within 3 days) submit it to Veolia Energia Warszawa SA and Tramwajy Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. for their opinion. The Contractor shall receive an appropriate power of attorney for this purpose.
Comments on the project submitted by Veolia Energia Warszawa SA and Tramwajów Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. must be consulted with the Contracting Authority on an ongoing basis (in order to verify compliance with OPZ and guidelines of the project submitted as part of the participatory budget)
After receiving a positive opinion from Veolia Energia Warszawa SA and Tramwajów Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. regarding the place and type of plantings, the Contractor shall present the planting project to the Contracting Authority for final approval.
The project of plantings should be made on the map for design purposes.
The planting project should include:
- designed systems of high and low greenery, presented in the graphic part against the background of existing elements of land development, e.g. curbs, road elements such as roadways, tram tracks, sidewalks, lampposts, houses adjacent to the plots constituting reference points for the location of the planned plantings. The graphic part should clearly indicate the existing elements of the road lane development that may collide with plantings, such as tram tracks, lampposts and poles of vertical road signs (the impact of planned high plantings on visibility, including road signs and tracks, should be taken into account).
- a cost estimate containing a quantitative inventory and parameters of plants, as well as a comparison of the costs of project implementation with the prices of individual works, plants and materials.
The selection of plant species in the planting project should be in accordance with the "Standards for shaping the greenery of Warsaw" and the guidelines of the Ordering Party or contain justification for deviation from the Standards and indications of the Ordering Party. Any deviations must be agreed with the Ordering Party. In addition, if the species indicated in the project by the Contractor is not available on the nursery market, the Contractor will be obliged to propose alternative species proposals.
The project in the graphic part must contain detailed information on the type and species of vegetation, the number of plants in the designed group (e.g. shrubs in the cluster) and their spacing (details can be placed in the form of diagrams on an appropriate scale in a separate part of the study (...) c.d. in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
